Our story
Our story begins in a small laboratory in the historic center of Naples, in a short time Casa Buratti acquires more and more notoriety, enters large retailers, evolves from artisan pasta factory to small food industry, preserving all the peculiarities of an artisan manufacture, combining the most advanced technologies to the tradition and ancient wisdom of the Neapolitan masters.
Located in Fisciano in the Salerno province, at the foot of the Picentini Mountains, in an area with a strong agri-food vocation, our pasta factory has more than 20 years of experience and was born from the intuition of Giampiero Parnese, with a very precise mission: to produce fresh, healthy, tasty and genuine pasta.
We specialize in producing high-quality special fresh pasta:
- Fresh ravioli filled with egg-free dough
- Bronze-drawn fresh durum wheat semolina pasta
- Potato-free fresh gnocchi.
Casa Buratti believes in the genuine simplicity of the Mediterranean tradition. We create products worked with natural and innovative methods and high quality raw materials: 100% Italian precious semoles, without the addition of any additive or preservative.

Casa Buratti has obtained the IFS Food certification with higher level score; This certification shows that the company has implemented an effective system of quality and food safety, with the aim of delivering reliable products that satisfy customer expectations.
The IFS standards are safety standards and quality, applicable uniformly worldwide, which provide transparency and comparison along the entire supply chain.
From this year Casa Buratti has voluntarily joined the unannounced assessment option to further demonstrate transparency and constant compliance with the legal requirements, customers and the standard itself.
